SHIPPING INFORMATION
Every artwork by Artist 369 is prepared with great care and attention to detail. Each piece is individually inspected, documented, and professionally packaged before it begins its journey from the studio.
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery times may very depending on your location and the specific piece. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
We ship worldwide via reliable international carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS. All shipments are insured until delivery.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Switzerland: 5 till 10 business days
- Europe Union: 10 till 15 business days
- United Kingdom: 10 till 15 business days
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Artist 369 displays the transit times quoted by the shipping carrier companies. It reflects the average duration of transit; it may be faster or considerably longer. Please note that Artist 369 is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and/or customs.
International orders may be subjected to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our control, but we will always assist you with relevant documentation if needed.

RETURN POLICY
Each artwork by Artist 369 is unique and created with craftsmanship and care. For this reason, all sales of original artworks (paintings) are final. We encourage collectors to review artwork details, dimensions, and images carefully before completing their purchase.
Limited edition prints may be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The item needs to be in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at office@artist369.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved and the artwork safely received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs), please give us up to 72 hours processing time for our team to send you a confirmation e-mail with all the return details.
Artist 369 recommends sending return parcels with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our PO box address. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation: a proof of delivery at our PO box address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Artist 369 will not be held accountable for any losses.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photo’s of the packaging and artwork, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your artwork enters the preparation and packaging phase and can no longer be canceled.
Our goal is to ensure that every collector receives their artwork in perfect condition and feels confident in their purchase.
